* WHAT…Snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches.
Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE…Northwest Randolph, Southeast Webster, Barbour, Upshur,
and Southeast Nicholas Counties.

* WHEN…Until 4 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute. Gusty winds
could bring down tree branches.
