* WHAT…Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4
inches. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. Visibility less than one
half mile at times.

* WHERE…In Maryland, Extreme Western Allegany County. In Virginia,
Western Highland County. In West Virginia, Western Mineral County.

* WHEN…Until 3 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact this morning’s commute. Strong winds could
cause damage to trees and power lines, resulting in power outages.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Snowfall rates of around 1 inch per hour are
possible at times early this morning.
