as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE…Portions of northern New York and all of northern and
central Vermont outside of the Champlain Valley.

* WHEN…Until 1 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact both the morning and evening commutes today.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Multiple rounds of snow are expected today
into tonight. Areas of blowing and drifting snow may impact travel
at times.
