* WHAT…For the Lake Wind Advisory on Lake Moultrie, north winds 15
to 20 knots with gusts up to 25 knots and waves 1 to 2 feet
expected. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as
low as 18 expected.

* WHERE…Inland Berkeley County.

* WHEN…For the Lake Wind Advisory, until 7 AM EST Friday. For the
Cold Weather Advisory, from 3 AM to 9 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Strong winds and rough waves on Lake Moultrie will
create hazardous conditions for small craft. Very cold
temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
