* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 10 below.

* WHERE…Avery County.

* WHEN…Until 10 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds and cold temperatures are expected to
produce wind chill values as low as 10 below zero this morning.
Values this cold can result in hypothermia if precautions are not
taken. In addition, frostbite can occur quickly if unprotected
skin is exposed to these temperatures.
