Dense Fog Advisory issued December 5 at 5:37PM MST until December 6 at 11:00AM MST by NWS Salt Lake City UT

* WHAT…Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE…Northern Wasatch Front, Salt Lake Valley, and Tooele
Valley. Especially along routes close to the Great Salt Lake
including I-80 between Salt Lake City and Grantsville, and routes
west of I-15 including the Legacy Highway and the West Davis
Corridor.

* WHEN…Until 11 AM MST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
When driving into the fog bank, expect rapidly deteriorating
conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Higher elevation locations, including
benches, mainly along and east of I-15, as well as the west Salt
Lake Valley bench are largely expected to remain out of the dense
fog.
