to 25 knots with gusts up to 30 knots and waves 2 feet. For the
Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 17 expected.

* WHERE…Inland Berkeley County.

* WHEN…Until 9 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS…Strong winds and rough waves on Lake Moultrie will
create hazardous conditions for small craft. Very cold
temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
