15 to 25 knots this afternoon through Saturday. Waves 5 to 8
feet today subsiding to 3 to 5 feet by Saturday.

* WHERE…The nearshore waters of Lake Ontario from Hamlin Beach
to the Saint Lawrence River.

* WHEN…Until 2 PM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Winds and/or waves will cause hazardous conditions
that could capsize or damage small craft.
