between 9 and 18 inches.

* WHERE…Northern Oneida County.

* WHEN…From 4 PM this afternoon to 4 PM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The highest amounts are expected over
northern and western parts of the county with lesser amounts over
northeastern portions of the county.
