* WHAT…Snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches,
with the highest amounts along the west-facing slopes above 2500
feet. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph.

* WHERE…In Maryland, Garrett County. In West Virginia, Western
Grant County.

* WHEN…Until 9 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning
commutes. Strong winds could cause damage to trees and power lines.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Blowing and drifting snow will remain a
threat through Friday morning.
