4 and 8 inches.

* WHERE…Southern Oneida County.

* WHEN…From 4 PM this afternoon to 4 PM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Friday evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The highest totals are expected to be along
and north of Interstate 90.
