Flood Watch issued December 7 at 1:17AM PST until December 8 at 10:00PM PST by NWS Seattle WA

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE…A portion of northwest Washington, including the following
county, Mason.

* WHEN…From this afternoon through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– A storm system will bring 2 to 3 inches of rain, possibly
more to the Olympic mountains into Sunday morning. With snow
levels above 7000 feet for the bulk of the precipitation,
most of that will be rain and that could be enough to drive
the Skokomish River above flood stage. The current river
forecast has it cresting just below flood stage Sunday
morning.

Florida State Watch Office Morning Situation Report EOC Activation Level:  Level 2 Meteorological Summary: Warm and dry conditions can be expected to persist across the Sunshine State today as high pressure over the western Atlantic holds in place (near-zero chance of rain). The largest significant waves will be 4 feet with a potential maximum wave height of 5 feet. * WHERE...Outer Saginaw Bay SW of Alabaster to Port Austin MI to Inner Saginaw Bay and Inner Saginaw Bay SW of Point Au Gres to Bay Port MI. * WHEN...The maximum winds are expected around 7 PM EDT Monday with the largest waves expected around 11 AM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
