Special Weather Statement issued December 8 at 2:51AM MST by NWS Riverton WY

This is a Special Weather Statement from the National Weather
Service in Riverton.

* WHAT…Southwest wind 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 50 to 55 mph.
Occasional gusts to around 60 mph are likely in the wind prone
areas on the south side of Casper.

* WHERE…Green Mountains and Rattlesnake Range and Natrona
County. Strongest winds will occur along the wind prone areas on
the south side of Casper

* WHEN…Strongest winds are expected before sunrise this morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS..Motorists in light and high profile vehicles
should watch for strong and sudden crosswinds, especially along
WY Highway 258 (Outer Drive).
