* WHEN…From 11 AM this morning to 2 PM MST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Sudden wind gusts can cause drivers to lose control,
especially in lightweight or high profile vehicles. Strong winds
can cause blowing dust, reduced visibility, and flying debris.
