for a storm total of 3 to 6 inches. Localized wind gusts 25 to 35
mph.

* WHERE…Portions of northern New York and parts of central and
northern Vermont.

* WHEN…Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Light snow will taper off to scattered rain
and snow showers this morning, with patchy freezing drizzle
possible in the higher elevations.
