Flood Warning issued December 8 at 8:05PM CST until December 10 at 12:00PM CST by NWS Shreveport LA

…The National Weather Service in Shreveport LA has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Texas…

Attoyac Bayou Near Chireno affecting San Augustine, Nacogdoches,
Rusk and Shelby Counties.

For the Attoyac Bayou…including Chireno…Minor flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Attoyac Bayou near Chireno.

* WHEN…Until early Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…At 14.0 feet, Expect lowland flooding for the next
several days of the heavily wooded floodplain. Ranchers that have
cattle and equipment near the river should move them to higher
ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 7:30 PM CST Sunday the stage was 13.9 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this evening to a crest of 14.3 feet tomorrow morning.
It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow evening.
– Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
– Flood History…This crest compares to a previous crest of
14.5 feet on 12/19/2015.
