Frost Advisory issued December 8 at 11:53PM PST until December 10 at 9:00AM PST by NWS San Francisco CA

* WHAT…For the first Frost Advisory, temperatures as low as 32
will result in frost formation. For the second Frost Advisory,
temperatures as low as 28 will result in frost formation.

* WHERE…Southern Salinas Valley/Arroyo Seco and Lake San Antonio.

* WHEN…For the first Frost Advisory, until 9 AM PST Monday. For
the second Frost Advisory, from midnight Monday Night to 9 AM PST
Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered. Cold conditions
will be hazardous to sensitive populations such as unhoused
individuals. Cold Conditions can lead to hypothermia with
prolonged exposure.
