Mugu to San Mateo Pt. CA including Santa Catalina and Anacapa
Islands. Winds strongest between Rincon Point and Point Dume.

* WHEN…From 6 PM this evening to 3 PM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Strong winds will create dangerous sea conditions
which could capsize or damage small and large vessels.
