* WHERE…Ziebach County, including portions of the Cheyenne River
Reservation, Jackson County, including portions of the Pine Ridge
Reservation, Northern Foothills, Rapid City, Pennington Co Plains,
and Haakon.

* WHEN…Until 2 PM MST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Sudden wind gusts can cause drivers to lose control,
especially in lightweight or high profile vehicles. Strong winds
with light snow can cause reduced visibility.
