* WHERE…Mellette and Todd Counties, including portions of the
Rosebud Reservation, Bennett, Tripp, and Southern Jackson.

* WHEN…Until 5 PM MST /6 PM CST/ this afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Sudden wind gusts can cause drivers to lose control,
especially in lightweight or high profile vehicles. Strong winds
can cause blowing dust and reduced visibility.
