accumulations of 1 to 3 inches. Visibilities one half mile at
times. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE…Kivalina and Red Dog Dock and Lower Kobuk Valley.

* WHEN…From 6 PM this evening to 6 PM AKST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. Walking surfaces
will become very slippery.
