* WHAT…Snow and blowing snow. Snow accumulations up to two inches.
Winds gusting as high as 55 mph.

* WHERE…Much of western North Dakota.

* WHEN…Until 6 AM CST /5 AM MST/ early this morning.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility.
