The Honolulu FSDO needs your focus and help to reduce the number of Runway Incursions at HNL International Airport.  The accompanying letter from KC Yanamura, the HNL FSDO Manager, and two attachments offer some analysis, techniques, and visual aids to help you improve everyone’s performance in this vital initiative.
