fog and localized freezing fog.

* WHEN…Until 10 AM PST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Areas of sub-freezing temperatures into
Tuesday morning may cause localized freezing fog.
