* WHERE…In Oregon, Foothills of the Northern Blue Mountains of
Oregon, Grande Ronde Valley, Lower Columbia Basin of Oregon, and
Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon. In Washington, Yakima Valley
and Foothills of the Blue Mountains of Washington.

* WHEN…Until noon PST today.

* IMPACTS…Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
Below freezing temperatures could make for slick roads in areas
under fog.
