* WHAT…Heavy lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations
between 8 and 12 inches with locally higher amounts possible…
except 3 to 6 inches south of a line from Republic to Trenary.
Winds gusting as high as 35 mph may lead to blowing snow along the
lakeshore.

* WHERE…Alger and Marquette Counties.

* WHEN…From 7 AM Wednesday to 1 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.
