Winter Storm Watch issued December 9 at 6:45PM AKST until December 13 at 3:00PM AKST by NWS Fairbanks AK

* WHAT…Blizzard conditions possible. Winds could gust as high
as 75 mph.

* WHERE…Eastern Beaufort Sea Coast.

* WHEN…From Wednesday afternoon through Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 45
below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little
as 10 minutes.
