* WHAT…For the Dense Fog Advisory, visibility one quarter mile or
less in dense fog. For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing
temperatures as low as 33 expected.

* WHERE…Buttonwillow – Lost Hills – I5 and Delano-Wasco-Shafter.

* WHEN…For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 10 AM PST Wednesday. For
the Freeze Warning, from midnight tonight to 8 AM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing. Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
