between 7 and 14 inches in the most persistent lake effect bands.
Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will produce blowing and drifting
snow.
* WHERE…Southeastern St. Lawrence County.
* WHEN…From 1 AM Thursday to 7 AM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS…Travel will be very difficult with deep snow cover on
roads and very poor visibility. Areas of blowing snow will
significantly impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Heaviest snowfall amounts will be near and
along State Route 3. Snowfall rates will be heaviest between 7 AM
and 7 PM Thursday.
