effect snow tonight. Snow may be heavy at times tonight with rates
of 1 to 2 inches per hour. The snow band will shift north over
Lake Erie during the day on Thursday. The duration of heavy snow
will depend on the timing and placement of this band. Lighter snow
may return on Thursday night.
