Special Weather Statement issued December 11 at 5:16AM CST by NWS Duluth MN

At 515 AM CST, an area of moderate to heavy snow showers were along a
line extending from 8 miles northeast of Boulder Lake to near
Hermantown to near Willow River, and moving southeast at 20 mph.

Visibilities of 1/2 mile or less and wind gusts up to 35 mph are
expected with this area of moderate to heavy snow showers.

Locations impacted include…
Duluth, Superior, Hermantown, Two Harbors, Proctor, Carlton, Poplar,
Wrenshall, Oliver, Askov, Holyoke, Thomson, Bruno, Cloverton, Jay
Cooke State Park, Wisconsin Point, City of Rice Lake, Amnicon Falls
State Park, Nemadji, and French River.

Be prepared for changing visibility and road conditions. Reduce your
speed and allow more space between you and the vehicle in front of
you.
