Winter Weather Advisory issued December 10 at 2:08PM PST until December 12 at 4:00PM PST by NWS Reno NV

* WHAT…Snow. Snow accumulations of 1 to 4 inches at lake level
with 4 to 8 inches above 7000 feet. Up to 10 inches locally on
highest peaks. Ridge winds gusting as high as 90 mph. Southwest
winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph and wave heights of 1
to 3 feet on Lake Tahoe.

* WHERE…Greater Lake Tahoe Area.

* WHEN…From 10 PM Wednesday to 4 PM PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute. Strong winds
could cause damage to trees and power lines.
