* WHAT…Snow. Snow accumulations of 1 to 4 inches above 7000 feet
with 4 to 8 inches on the Sierra crest. Ridge winds gusting as
high 80 mph.

* WHERE…Mono County.

* WHEN…From 10 PM this evening to 4 PM PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Thursday morning commute. Strong winds could
cause damage to trees and power lines.
