Winter Weather Advisory issued December 11 at 2:58AM EST until December 12 at 6:00AM EST by NWS Baltimore MD/Washington DC

* WHAT…Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4
inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE…In Maryland, Garrett County. In West Virginia, Western
Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.

* WHEN…From noon today to 6 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Wednesday evening commute. Gusty winds
could bring down tree branches.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Rain early this morning changing to snow in
the late morning. Strong gusty winds combined with the snow will
cause visibility reductions of one quarter mile or less at times.
