* WHAT…Lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations between
3 and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE…Ashtabula Inland, Ashtabula Lakeshore, and Lake Counties.

* WHEN…From 4 PM this afternoon to 10 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions with slower travel
likely. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday
evening and Thursday morning commutes. Gusty winds could bring
down tree branches.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Snow showers today will transition to lake
effect snow tonight. The snow will be moderate to heavy at times
tonight. The snow band will shift north of the area quickly
