Winter Weather Advisory issued December 11 at 4:18AM EST until December 13 at 4:00AM EST by NWS Buffalo NY

* WHAT…Lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations 4 to 7
inches in the most persistent lake snows. Winds gusting as high as
35 mph will produce blowing and drifting snow.

* WHERE…Livingston County.

* WHEN…From 7 PM this evening to 4 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Travel will be difficult with snow covered roads and
reduced visibility. Areas of blowing snow will significantly
reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the
evening commute tonight and the Thursday morning commute.
