this morning and move onshore. The heaviest snow will occur in
northern portions of the county through early afternoon when
snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour are likely. The band will
shift offshore during the mid afternoon and evening before lighter
snow returns tonight. Accumulations will rapidly decrease to the
south and west.
