Winter Storm Warning issued December 13 at 4:11AM PST until December 14 at 4:00PM PST by NWS Eureka CA

* WHAT…Heavy snow above 3000 feet. Total accumulation of 10 to 23
inches around Scott Mountain Pass. Total accumulation of up to 1
foot down to 3000 feet. Wind gusting as high 45 mph.

* WHERE…Northern Trinity county above 3000 feet.

* WHEN…From 8 AM this morning to 4 PM PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Tire
chains may be necessary if travelling through mountain passes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…This is expected to impact numerous locations
along highway 3 as well Buckhorn Summit on highway 299.
