Winter Weather Advisory issued December 13 at 2:48AM CST until December 14 at 9:00AM CST by NWS Quad Cities IA IL

* WHAT…Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations of one
tenth to two tenths of an inch.

* WHERE…Portions of northwest Illinois and east central and
southeast Iowa.

* WHEN…From midnight tonight to 9 AM CST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Difficult travel conditions are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…East-southeast winds will gust to around
20 to 30 mph during the freezing rain, which will put extra
stress on tree branches. Additionally, expect temperatures to
quickly warm from south to north late Saturday morning into the
afternoon, which will help ice to melt faster once the freezing
rain ends.
