Coastal Flood Advisory issued December 14 at 3:36AM PST until December 14 at 9:00AM PST by NWS Seattle WA

* WHAT…Minor coastal flooding. Inundation of around 2 feet above
ground level is possible along shorelines and low- lying coastal
areas.

* WHERE…Western Whatcom County and Western Skagit County zones.

* WHEN…Until 9 AM PST this morning.

* IMPACTS…Minor coastal flooding due to tidal overflow is
expected around high tide. This may lead to flooding of
parking lots, parks, and roads, with only isolated road
closures expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Highest impacts will occur in the hours
near high tide at around 6 AM. Winds and waves may locally
exacerbate impacts, particularly along south and southeast-
facing shorelines.
