…COASTAL FLOOD STATEMENT IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT HST TONIGHT
THROUGH LATE SUNDAY NIGHT…

.Peak monthly tides will lead to minor coastal flooding in the
typical low-lying vulnerable areas of all islands, especially
during the early morning high tides.

* WHAT…Isolated minor coastal flooding expected.

* WHERE…Portions of Kahoolawe, Kauai, Lanai, Maui, Molokai,
Niihau, Oahu and the Big Island.

* WHEN…From midnight HST tonight through late Sunday night.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of beaches that are normally dry, minor
coastal erosion, and saltwater inundation.
