* WHEN…Until 545 AM PST.
* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
River or stream flows are elevated with several small creeks and
streams reporting minor flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 324 AM PST, River gauge reports indicate earlier heavy
rainfall has lead to steep rises in smaller creeks and
streams across the North Bay. Gauge reports show minor to
moderate flooding occuring at Green Valley Creek at
Martinelli Road, Santa Rosa Creek at Willowside Road, and
Colgan Creek near Sebastopol. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen
over the last 3 hours. The next round of moderate to heavy
rain will begin around 4 to 5 AM with flood risk remaining
elevated.
– Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
