* WHAT…Mixed precipitation, mainly in the form of snow, is
forecast. Snow accumulation of up to 4 inches, with locally higher
amounts. Total ice accumulations up to a tenth of an inch. Winds
could gust as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE…Southwest Phillips County.

* WHEN…From this afternoon through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions.
