snow is most likely, with up to 6 inches of snow possible.

* WHERE…In Maryland, Extreme Western Allegany and Garrett
Counties. In West Virginia, Western Mineral County.

* WHEN…From Sunday morning through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS…Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could
impact the Monday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…A period of snow and sleet is likely from
Sunday morning through Sunday afternoon, transitioning to a period
of freezing rain by late Sunday afternoon. Freezing rain or
drizzle may persist through early Monday morning.
