* WHAT…Freezing rain. Total ice accumulations up to one tenth of
an inch.

* WHERE…At locations above 3500 feet and the favorable eastern
facing slopes in Buncombe County. This includes locations such as
Black Mountain and Montreat.

* WHEN…From midnight tonight to noon EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Icing may create slippery conditions on roads, bridges
and sidewalks. The weight of the ice on tree limbs and power lines
could produce isolated outages.
