– At 110 AM PST, gauge reports indicated recent heavy rain.
This is causing urban and small stream flooding. Minor
flooding is occurring on Green Valley Creek at Martinelli
Road, Mark West Creek near Mirabel Heights, and Colgan Creek
near Sebastopol.
– Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Windsor, Sebastopol, Cotati,
Roseland, South Santa Rosa Cdp, Larkfield-Wikiup,
