High Wind Warning issued December 15 at 2:52AM MST until December 15 at 11:00PM MST by NWS Denver CO

* WHAT…West winds 25 to 40 mph with gusts up to 75 mph expected.
Locally higher gusts possible in some areas. The greatest threat
will be along and north of I-70.

* WHERE…Rocky Mountain National Park and the Medicine Bow Range,
The Mountains of Summit County, the Mosquito Range, and the Indian
Peaks, The Northern Front Range Foothills, and The Southern Front
Range Foothills.

* WHEN…From 11 AM this morning to 11 PM MST this evening.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
