significant waves to 6 ft occasionally to 8 ft.

* WHERE…Winthrop Harbor to Calumet Harbor IL.

* WHEN…For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 3 PM CST this
afternoon. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 9 AM CST this
morning.

* IMPACTS…Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low
visibility will make navigation difficult.
