* WHERE…The southern Rogue/Bear Creek Valley in Jackson County,
including Ashland, Talent, Phoenix, and portions of Interstate 5.

* WHEN…From 10 PM this evening to 1 PM PST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds may blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
