Winter Weather Advisory issued December 15 at 3:15AM EST until December 15 at 12:00PM EST by NWS Cleveland OH

* WHAT…Freezing rain. Total ice accumulations of less than one
tenth of an inch.

* WHERE…A portion of northeast Ohio.

* WHEN…Until noon EST today.

* IMPACTS…Roads, especially bridges and overpasses, and sidewalks
will likely become slick and hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Precipitation and warmer air will overspread
the region from the southwest this morning. Snow is expected to
change quickly to freezing rain as sufficiently-cold air persists
at and near the surface, while a layer of warmer air overspreads
the area farther aloft. Any freezing rain is expected to change to
plain rain by midday as temperatures continue to moderate at the
surface and aloft.
